Got the new poster for Scorcese’s Shutter Island after the jump. From the 2003 novel by Dennis Lehane (Mystic River, Gone Baby Gone), the film is about a two US Marshals who investigate the disappearance of a patient, on the psychiatric hospital Island named Shutter, who has committed a string of murders. The film is set for release on Friday, October 2, 2009.
