It sounds strange to me too.  I'm sure you can be an extreme anything-ist if you don't mind falling on your face every once and awhile.

Tradition be damned - what the world needs now is a more politically correct Santa.  No matter how you cut it, "Ho, Ho, Ho" is just too god damn offensive to all the bitches.  It doesn't stop there either.  I just read that Lowes is now choosing to sell "family trees" instead of "Christmas trees."  Well, fuck it all to hell!  Let's kill Christmas and making years of successful marketing strategies obsolete.  From Yahoo:

Santas in Australia's largest city have been told not to use Father Christmas's traditional "ho ho ho" greeting because it may be offensive to women, it was reported Thursday.

Sydney's Santa Clauses have instead been instructed to say "ha ha ha" instead, the Daily Telegraph reported.

One disgruntled Santa told the newspaper a recruitment firm warned him not to use "ho ho ho" because it could frighten children and was too close to "ho", a US slang term for prostitute.
